*snore
boring lah buat blog. macam tak ada life je. its not like anybody LIKES reading about my life. who reads blogs?
ah, yes. my teachers.
but besides that, aside from a few friends, i guess nobody reads this. reporter reporting to no one. people like reading glitzy, glamour blogs about parties and celebrities and gossip. or otherwise depressing things like politics and crisises and world issues.
andddd... here comes the "i-wanna-get-rid-of-this-stupid-thing" feeling! yay!
it happens with almost anything. the camera, the phone, the mp3, the cats. but so far, i haven't gotten rid of anything. the feeling just goes away and i just decide to keep it. god, that just displays my indecisiveness like a shop window displays clothes.
so if you might be disappointed (yeah, right) that i'm going to delete this blog, haha please don't. it probably won't happen anyway. i'm sticking around.

hard to explain
Dear Nadia,
why are you here? what the heck are you doing? its finals, for God's sake! what are you blogging for? is this going to help you with addmaths tomorrow? NO! study, you idiot, study!
with love,
your conscience.
Dear Conscience,
shut up, will you? i'm trying to relax here. its no good to be all tense and stressed out before an exam. i've gone for addmaths tuition in the morning, i've read some agama, and i can read my chemistry tonight. its just about experiments tomorrow anyway. chill out, will ya? geez.
love you too,
Nadia
Dear Nadia,
as much as i love you, i really need to put my foot down. you act as if you have all the time in the world, yet you have less than 24 hours to read up on agama, practice your addmaths and read your chemistry. next year is your SPM year and if you get into a shit class, you're going to play around all year and God knows whats going to happen to your SPM results. come on, the economic crisis is going to affect Pa and you know it. education is going to be a problem. what if you can't get a scholarship because of your shit results and Pa can't afford to send you to college. then you'll have to go to form 6. and then you'll get into some matrics thing and THEN where will you go? get married, stay at home and live a boring life that you promised yourself you will NOT let happen?
buck up! this is your future we're talking about! where's that drive you had in kindergarten when all you wanted to do was be a doctor and save other kids?? your 6 year old self had more drive and ambition than you do now! and great timing to have no drive, because NOW is the time to make things happen!
what's wrong with you? wake up!
all my love,
your conscience
Dear Conscience,
shut up, man. its not like its SPM now, anyway. quit bugging me, i'm just going to take like 30 minutes.
still love you,
Nadia.
Dear Nadia,
30 minutes could have been spent studying. and 30 minutes of studying could make a difference between a C and a B. and if you read enough, you could get an A. isn't that what you want?
think of it this way: with more A's in the bag, Ma won't be able to nag you to study so much during the long holidays because hey, you got a lot of A's. you can always say you've done your part and would like a little bit of rest. she DID say that if you did well, she would trust you to study on your own and just shut up.
and that means, more going out, more time to sleep and all that stuff.
so whaddaya say? study for a queiter holiday and better future in form 5. or wait for next year so that the pressure can pile on?
love, hugs but no kisses from,
your conscience.
Dear Conscience,
you got a point. i don't want to be nagged at during holidays. fine, i'll study.
love you!
Nadia :)

dry your eyes
my mother is singing 'If You're Happy and You Know It' with my 20 year old brother.
these kind of situations really depress me sometimes. nursery rhymes and sesame street are usually forgotten by the time you are 6. here i am, a 16 year old girl and i usually spend weekends in front of the tv with my brother watching either sesame street, MTV or the simpsons.
thank god abang likes MTV and the simpsons too.

hyperventilation
a quick post before i have dinner. this afternoon, while playing with my cat, i made quite a discovery :
MY MALE CAT HAS A NIPPLE. NOT A SET OF NIPPLES BUT ONE SINGLE NIPPLE. HE HAS EFFIN' HUGE BALLS BUT HE ALSO HAS A NIPPLE.
well, he had effin' huge balls, but we castrated him so his balls look like furry little grape seeds now.
i could be the only girl in kuantan with a one-nippled male cat.
i mean, do YOU have a male cat with a nipple? i think NOT.
